Established in December 2015, Guidement focus our service on the field of quantity surveying and Design in Hong Kong and Macau, which includes trades of civil ,building ,fit-out ,E&M .Our projects range from residential sectors, commercial schemes, casinos ,hospitals ,schools, factories etc.

Our founder used to work as an engineer and quantity surveyor in the local construction companies ,e.g. Omas ,Sun Fook Kong- Kun Fai ,China Construction and Engineering etc., and took part in the projects e.g. Galaxy Macau ,the Venetian ,the Londoner ,Residence de Nam Van Lake(南灣壹號), La Marina Polytec(保利達海一居), the Pearl (明珠都匯) etc.,Our team consists of 3 founders and 10+ team members with experience of 10+ years in Hong Kong and Macau.
