01-Quantity surveyor/Senior quantity surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Main Contractor
- Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Well versed in MS Office applications
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor

02-Assistant quantity surveyor
Salary：negotiated
Responsibilities:
- Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying
- Relevant Quantity Surveying experience is required for the post of Quantity Surveyor
- Graduate and applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Applicants without relevant academic qualification and/or relevant experience in Quantity Surveying will be considered for the post of Procurement Coordinator

03-Draftman
Salary：negotiated
Responsibilities:

Prepare shop drawings with interfacing details of works and as-fitted drawings designed by Designers and Engineers

Conduct checking of as-built drawings against requirements (Requirements on drawing format, e.g. legends, font size, scale, lines, layers, names, etc.)

Interpretating site queries and updated construction drawings

Maintaining drawings along with construction progress

Support project team on project proposals and reports

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Coordinating with Site Supervisor and carrying out site inspection
